Pros

A few of the caregiver teams were good to work with and helpful. Reflections Director was very person oriented.

Cons

Pay rate was poor. A person with over 30 yrs experience did not get the pay they needed. Frequency of turnover rate was poor. They never stick up for their employees whenever an incident report had to be made about problematic residents. Frequently had employees leaving due to failure of adequate staffing.
