Where would I begin with Lcb Senior Living. This company is comical. The company is so unsophisticated in so many ways and it trickles down top to bottom. They use people when they talk about company “culture” they say one thing that means another. Most employees are so unaware to what’s going on and surprised when they do find something out last minute like a new program or policy. The toxic finger pointing and lack of self awareness comes from the top. This company can’t acknowledge or take responsibilities for their own actions and people at the very top in corporate it will never look good. They’re so unaware of their surroundings and what goes on it seems at their communities. Regional directors (I use that term loosely) are either plain useless or lack awareness. There is a set of standards for regional directors compared to the averages employee my time on the job and that’s not professional or make it right. The aptitude is astounding… The “culture” is not what they promise or deliver just to fill a number at the end of the day.
