Never again - Department Head LCB Senior Living Employee Review

Poor training, no support from management, company only cares about the bottom line. Too much turnover, doesn’t care about the residents’ quality of life. Company is growing too quickly, management is rude and unprofessional. I’ve worked for several Senior Living companies and this was by far the worst experience.
