Pros
Competitive pay, benefits are good but expensive. PTO is decent but not great and not competitive with out of industry.
Cons
The leadership for the care at the corporate level is non-existant. There is no training or support for Resident Care Directors. Top level management often says they're there to support you but when you ask for support they tell you to own your business. They only care about the new construction and making more money. They ignore everything as long as the bottom line looks good. If numbers look good because staffing is inadequate...OH WELL! The other big issue is constant talk about culture...but it's all talk no action. There is no actual caring for PEOPLE.
