Great place to work - Resident Care Coordinator LCB Senior Living Employee Review

I am a newbie at The Residence at South Windsor Farms and I must say that it is a breath of fresh air from where I came from. All the directors from every department are friendly, outgoing, always willing to lend a helping hand where needed. The staff here are very friendly,always smiling, and always help one another out. I am the Resident Care Coordinator and love all my staff they are always open to hearing new things and willing to help one another out. They work well as a team. I would recommend anyone to come join our team its a great one and we make a lasting memory on our residents, their families, and our staff.
