Pros

LCB cares! My team is the best, I have never felt so appreciated at a job before, my directors refer to me as their coworker and team member, not just a receptionist. I have room to grow and this company has a lot to offer!

Cons

It can be hard and emotional having to say goodbye to a resident when they pass, as they are my work family. Assisted living is not easy, but incredibly rewarding.
