LCB has a fake culture - Manager LCB Senior Living Employee Review

Pros

Working with dedicated caregivers (CNA's and nurses) who really care about residents is a very fulfilling sensation.

Cons

I have many, many years of experience with corporate structure and principles, which equates plain and simply to "How the individual is treated." This company will take advantage of your dedication and commitment and dump you at the first sight of conflict. LCB Senior Living will tell you that their culture is a healthy work/life balance and that everyone is treated as an individual and as family. This abruptly comes to a halt as soon as, "The budget" comes into play, which translates into, "Money First!" They absolutely do not care about individuals, regardless of how much and for how long you have dedicated yourself to the residents. LCB Senior Living readily and repeatedly retains cut-throat, money-hungry Administrators and upper management, as long as LCB makes financial gains. I remained silent for years after moving on from LCB, but I feel that the truth should be heard. Especially because most of the reviews are completely made up and/or posted by managers who are coerced into providing false positive claims. I experienced this first hand. Take it for what it's worth.
