      Senior leadership was good and open to communication and feedback.

      Cons

      New leadership enjoys working in a silo, without any input from the rest if the business and has created an environment of uncertainty within the business.

      Pros

      Average pay for the area. Very good health benefits (low premium) and okay work life balance. Coworkers fairly chill with the one or two toxic person. Opportunities to cross train and learn new skills if that is your desire.

      Cons

      Workload uneven between shifts depending on shifting prioritizations on batches. Dead end, no route for career advancement. Cross training is a stopgap measure to cover for department personnel shortages.
