Pros
Exposure to Fortune 500 companies. Built skills in training and group facilitation.
Cons
Materials are dated and not kept up to date with the current employment atmosphere. There is no feedback on performance...if you are still working for them, you have to assume you are doing an ok job. That assumption may be mistaken however...I've seen colleagues called back for contracts who are known "poor performers", but they are TRAINED so are USED regardless of skill level. Makes the rest of us uncomfortable.
