Pros
Executives know how to use a thesaurus when prepping for Town Hall meetings - to make themselves seem inclusive and in-the-know. Academy Award potential.
Cons
Compensation is a joke - no one is getting paid at the appropriate rate. Laurie Chamberlin is tone deaf, at best. No accountability from Management at any level. Diversity & Inclusion efforts are non-existent, and one look at the Executive team may give you a clue as to why. No effective collaboration to solve local issues - just “deal with it” mentality. Don’t bother with LHH or any Adecco product.
