Pros

If I could give a 0 star I would. Laurie Chamberlin is amazing and Training managers are awesome! But don’t let training fool you. And I pray you get a good market and team. If not you will be miserable.

Cons

Just don’t work here. You are in training everything is amazing everyone is so nice. What they fail to tell you is once you start training you better have a job order and that job order better be signed sealed and done along with a candidate starting too by the time your 90 days of training is done. You are thrown into a fire pit of a failing company. Depending on team you could have a great experience but…. Your KPI is 25 dials a week - expect to do 100 plus. That’s just on the candidate side. Add another 100 for the client side. Their KPIs you get told to obtain in training and the interview don’t listen to that number you better be triple that. I just “graduated” training 2 Mondays ago. My manager didn’t want to keep me because I didn’t have a JO or candidate starting. I fought to keep my job! WHILE I WAS STILL IN TRAINING!! Absolutely ridiculous. Why hire me? I would have NEVER set myself up for failure if I knew or thought I could not obtain my KPIs. Keep in mind while training I am getting multiple shout outs to how well I’m doing, told I’ll be a million dollar biller, I’ve hit every single KPI weekly and I get told they don’t want to keep me. My training manager absolutely loves me and told me they don’t know why this is happening to me. To keep my job I was told I have 3 options… 1. Be let go with everyone else in the same boat as me. 2. I could be a Sales Executive - because they need job orders so bad and no one is performing. 3. I can be “extended” for 30 days of employment to see if I can have a JO or candidate starting. I am beyond stressed. I have now 2 weeks left to make magic happen. You could only imagine my stress especially being beyond excited to start this new job. It sucks I have this deadline over my head when I am still new. My entire team is unhappy and we are losing great people on our team because of management not giving a crap about their employees. Everyone is just a number here. If you like micromanagement this job is for you! I have never worked for a more self centered manager. I got told some heartbreaking news over the weekend. I was going to take off to have a day to process my emotions and what I was told because my mind is very distracted. But I am not able to because I need to be at work to make this job order happen or candidate starting happen so I don’t lose my job. When I was asked how my weekend was I told my producing director what was going on and told them I wanted to take the day but couldn’t. Told them what I was told and why I’m not in a good head space today. I didn’t get a response to what was going on. The convo got directed to “ok so what job orders are you working on we need to make some money here who is in your pipeline” keep in mind the news I was told is about my fathers life expectancy after medical issues. Im so done with my managers. They have made this experience horrible. I’m sad and embarrassed to have this experience on my resume and my LinkedIn. I wish they would have never given me the job.

Pros

The team was one of the strongest aspects of the organization, with many supportive and hardworking colleagues. PTO and time-off benefits were competitive, including occasional early-release days and additional time-off opportunities throughout the year.

Cons

The company culture has significantly declined in recent years, leading to lower employee morale and engagement. Micromanagement became increasingly common, while transparency and trust diminished. Although remote work was heavily promoted, there has been a shift toward a hybrid/in-office model. Office conditions often created challenges, including recurring maintenance issues and an open floor plan that made it difficult to focus and conduct private conversations or meetings. Compensation has not remained competitive with market expectations, making it increasingly difficult for employees to achieve strong earnings. Comparable staffing firms in the industry often offer higher compensation while providing similar benefits and time-off programs. As a result, retaining experienced recruiters and top performers has become increasingly challenging. Work-life balance also suffered due to the pressure of meeting KPIs and performance metrics, often requiring work outside of normal business hours to remain competitive and meet expectations. Employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities that once contributed to a positive environment have largely disappeared. There has also been noticeable turnover among tenured employees and top performers, raising concerns about retention and overall organizational direction.
