Great perks overshadowed by high turnover and poor leadership - Paid Media LNRD by Eulerity Employee Review

Pros

Office Lunch Stipend and Snacks Somewhat unlimited PTO depending on who your boss is Cool people that work here outside of leadership (most of leadership, some are cool as well).

Cons

Genuinely, not somewhere worth working in my opinion. Incredibly high turnover in both ways: people quitting and being fired for incredibly small reasons that wouldn't justify a firing at any other company. This is probably due to the lack of HR and leadership being incredibly emotional instead of objective. There is no real training and pay is low. Bonus (if offered) is based on Goals that aren't possible to accomplish. Promotion wise; if you come in at a lower role and were to be promoted, your pay will not be anywhere near how much they would pay for someone coming into the company. They look to promote cheaply instead of investing in high quality hires who could bring new perspectives and ideas.

Pros

One upside is that you’ll never struggle with imposter syndrome here. Everyone codes at about the same level as everyone else. There’s also never much reason to second guess your work, because there’s rarely anyone above you who can offer meaningful technical guidance.

Cons

Low pay compared to the workload and expectations, paired with a management style that often comes across as condescending and dismissive. There were random layoffs that often felt less like isolated business decisions and more like attempts to hide the reality that the company was not performing well, which created constant instability and made it difficult to trust leadership. The company also seemed to have a revolving door approach to hiring, frequently bringing in interns or junior employees for short term execution work without any real intention of long term retention or growth. Leadership rarely took accountability when things went wrong. Instead, there was a pattern of unprofessional berating, blame being pushed onto the team when clients left, and employee feedback being ignored. Rather than reflecting on management mistakes, the default response was often to blame others.
