Cool people that work here outside of leadership (most of leadership, some are cool as well).
Cons
Genuinely, not somewhere worth working in my opinion. Incredibly high turnover in both ways: people quitting and being fired for incredibly small reasons that wouldn't justify a firing at any other company.
This is probably due to the lack of HR and leadership being incredibly emotional instead of objective.
There is no real training and pay is low. Bonus (if offered) is based on Goals that aren't possible to accomplish.
Promotion wise; if you come in at a lower role and were to be promoted, your pay will not be anywhere near how much they would pay for someone coming into the company. They look to promote cheaply instead of investing in high quality hires who could bring new perspectives and ideas.
