Pros

One of my team member brings in his dog that makes my day better.

Cons

Please don't listen to the "good" reviews. Our offshore team will write 3 positive reviews every time a legitimate review is posted. This is a real and accurate review of Eulerity. Alarmingly high turnover rate: the sales and customer success team lost about 8 team members, design team has dwindled down to only two designers, half the product team has left, and the engineering team is almost a 1:1 ratio of engineers to interns. This all happened in a matter of months. Low morale, low pay: each team complains about the same thing here. The compensation is too low. Those that try their best are quick to learn that they will be left with more responsibilities without additional compensation. I know so many great employees on their way out. We're supposed to have "unlimited PTO" but because of how many have people left, we can't even request it without feeling like we're doing something wrong. No future: if you're an undergrad seeking a valuable internship, please stay away from this company. I've seen their job listings offer $15/hr to interning engineers. The worst feeling is seeing an intern finally get their full-time offer. They've worked so hard for 6 months to sometimes almost 2 years, to finally get an offer that brings their $15/hr to $30/hr. TLDR: morale is as low as the compensation. Higher ups are oblivious to how unhappy their employees are. Interns end up wasting their most precious years of their early careers here.

Pros

Office Lunch Stipend and Snacks Somewhat unlimited PTO depending on who your boss is Cool people that work here outside of leadership (most of leadership, some are cool as well).

Cons

Genuinely, not somewhere worth working in my opinion. Incredibly high turnover in both ways: people quitting and being fired for incredibly small reasons that wouldn't justify a firing at any other company. This is probably due to the lack of HR and leadership being incredibly emotional instead of objective. There is no real training and pay is low. Bonus (if offered) is based on Goals that aren't possible to accomplish. Promotion wise; if you come in at a lower role and were to be promoted, your pay will not be anywhere near how much they would pay for someone coming into the company. They look to promote cheaply instead of investing in high quality hires who could bring new perspectives and ideas.
