Management is not consistent. Micro managing encouraged. Spend a lot of time and effort to make sure they pass annual insurance, safety, and hygiene audits, but they do not maintain it throughout the rest of the year. Accountability for department heads and management is non-existent. HR person is terrible, runs her own agenda, and can't be trusted.
