You must be the kind of person who works autonomously, because the owners don't give much day-to-day direction.

I am a musician, so this was the perfect job for me. I basically talked to music store owners about the music industry and music products all day. I had bankers hours, and half of my income was based on my performance as I was in sales. I prefer it this way. Basically, was a fun place to work, and I now miss my co-workers. I would still be there, however I left due to a big opportunity offered to me in my previous profession. The owners said they would take me back if I decided to return and there was an opening.

The only con for me is that I had to start from the ground up.
