Work remotely, no day-to-day interaction with management, flexible scheduling allows time for family life

Cons

Run, don't walk...AWAY from this "opportunity", there's a reason why they are always looking for new Ad Sales Executives, it's company wide pattern to manage you out the door 8-10 months from hire date so they get out of paying you vacation. Oh that's another reason not to take it. NO VACATION, NO SICK LEAVE for your first year. Life does happen, people get sick. You'll need a vacation after 8 hours a day 5 days on the week calling freezing cold numbers. LPI likes to call them "leads". High turnover with field staff lead the church and other clients to believe that the company is not successful.
