Pros
The one good thing about this place is you can build up a lot of points on a travel credit card. You do get your reimbursed for most things.
Cons
I don't even know how to start, Upper management plays favorites, there is no loyalty in the work place to each other. The upper management will back stab you in a minute. Trainers that haven't been in the field at all or haven't been in the field in years attempting to teach you something they know nothing about.....at all. Managers have no idea half the time of what is going on. The pay plan is a joke, and god forbid you have hard few months they want to put you on a action plan ( basically probation) and then fire you. The churches they send you to, in attempt to try to sell ads on are in the middle of no where and are in the middle of a poor towns that has no money to spend on a church ad. They want you to rack these people over the coals to by a ad they could get cheaper elsewhere and tell you make it like your own business. If its my own business then how can I get fired from my own business? The CEO is clueless on what goes on with his managers and company, I am impressed he ran it this long. There are a few good people here that actually try but rest assured this place is a dump. They try to get you to drink the Kol-aid in training and on these little trips they send you on for regional training but its a joke. There are so many bad things about this place that I simply don't have the time to write it all down. Trust me when I say, don't work for this place.... It isn't worth your headache.
