Pay structure is outdated. Cannot make money due to a draw against base salary w commissions earned. Ever-changing and dishonest pay. Cliques and favoritism. No room for growth.

Thanks for your feedback - have you talked with your manager about our incentives? As an employee for less than 1 year I know that there have been on changes or dishonesty in our compensation plans. Ad sellers' bi-weekly base pay is guaranteed, and incentives are unlimited -there is no cap on earnings. With new lead resources we've provided, our ad sellers in general are earning more this year than they did last year. We are maintaining our annual Circle of Excellence reward trip for top performers. Feel free to reach out to the Regional Director, HR, or me (VP-Sales) if your manager isn't able to address your questions. We maintain an open door policy & we're here to put you in an environment of success. Our company cannot succeed without talented ad sales professionals.
