Pros
Very good people to work with.
Cons
They promote the employees only in the center of the spot light which is not all that bad because they should be promoted. However, there are lots of people who did a lot of supportive work too and have been with the company for a long time as well and I never hear much about them progressing within the company. I myself have made significant contributions and I am actually making less money today than when I started working there with inflation adjusted. There use to be no layoffs and that was one of the greatest perks!!! but now layoffs sound like an annual event. It is often mysterious how they select their layoffs. Because of this, you never know if you'll be gone next and this can really take the drive out of working your best there when layoffs occur. There is encouragement to shift around to do other assignments but little incentive to move upward.
