Pros
There are some genuinely good and decent people that work here at several levels. A lot of people are trying to make the best out of a terrible situation. Pay and benefits are good, but don't make up for all the negatives.
Cons
Layoffs are recurring this time of year. Some leaders are great, others are an embarrassment to the title. Workplace stress and dread are very real. Several people were cut this week before annual performance reviews were shared out in the typical "escort you from the building" manner you'd expect in the digital age. Don't get on anyone's bad side, don't speak up or out of turn. Performance isn't based on results, it's based on how much your higher-ups like or don't like you. Zero growth trajectory unless you seriously over-perform and can prove it/be loud about it.
