Catered lunch and breakfast a few days a week. - You get a brand new Retina MacBook Pro to use at work and as well as at home, along with a Thunderbolt 27" display at your desk. - Very detailed and well thought out onboarding process. - CEO Baxter Box, CTO Scott Bedard and VP of Engineering Gary Bernitz are all great leaders and incredibly personable and approachable. - The company is experiencing rapid growth - have an office in London and San Francisco. - Project managers are very organized and understand the technology. - You get out what you put in - you have the opportunity to take on projects you are interested in and drive them to the finish line. - Emphasis on Python and Go programming languages and newest tech. Their strict code review process and an effective Git paradigm are conducive to a great development environment. - Employees are very bright and super awesome guys. Really easy to get along with. Great teachers, everyone is there to help. Most employees are young, < 30 years of age. The only reason I left the company was to go back to school, otherwise would have never left.
