Pros
Robust benefits, work from home, fair compensation, great brand partners
Cons
With the introduction of more sophisticated competition in recent years, sales leadership has become extremely toxic. Over-performance is punished, formal training is reserved for the most tenured employees (unrelated to performance), and sales support is non-existent in most cases. There is a significant lack of tech stack compared to the revenue CP's are expected to bring in. Favoritism is rampant and middle-management is unprofessional and lacks accountability. Each quarter, a new scapegoat is identified and ousted, with no acknowledgement or accountability from leadership. Management is truly acting out of self-preservation at this point. There is a culture of fear among the sales organization and there is NO investment in team or culture. People are truly just numbers here. Those currently at the company recognize this is simply a stepping stone to the next opportunity... gossip is pervasive, especially among middle-management, leading to a cutthroat and unprofessional environment. LTK's biggest value-prop is "first to market," but with the recent evolution of the industry, there are much better career choices out there for sales reps interested in the influencer economy.
