Pros
Luzco is a very diverse workplace. Being small you are able to take on extra responsibilities and help the company grow! Great focus on work life balance, just make sure you get your work done!
Cons
Because the company is still small, pay is relatively low compared to other similar positions in industry. Got hung out to dry by management when I decided to leave.
