Pros
-Flexible schedule and some work from home opportunities -Progressive, LGBT-friendly company culture -Mileage compensation that adjusts to gas prices
Cons
-Extremely gossipy, toxic environment on both the retail and corporate side. Within days of starting, everyone had talked down on at least one or two other people to me. -Micromanagey MSMs and middle management, constant pressure to meet unattainable goals and keep track of useless obscure metrics, even if not in a selling position -Extremely minimal training, no dedicated trainer or onboarding team when I started, just kind of thrown to the wolves -Company is severely disjointed - everyone uses different systems and platforms, Teams/Microsoft integration is a mess, different expectations for different managers across departments and sometimes within the same department. -Consistently asked/told to do things beyond my job description
