Pros

Brand new world HQ, amazing building and amenities. The onsite cafe is superb, it's the best restaurant in town! They have so many options for breakfast, lunch and even have to-go dinners you can take home and warm up for your family! Many great people work here. They have fun activities like the Summer/Winter Olympics, and a flash mob!

Cons

Very old culture, very limited flexibility in working hours and remote work. 50+ hours is the norm for salaried employees. Very limited upward mobility. Practically no opportunity for substantial raises based on performance. Always looking to leverage employees to save money, i.e. having someone manage employees but have those employees "officially" report to the head of the department to avoid paying the manager for managing people. Senior leadership continuously say they want to make changes and innovate but refuse all change that is proposed even when it will save a substantial amount of money.

Pros

Easy selling environment due to intense brand loyalty and quality Depending on location, good schedule (relative to other companies of it’s kind) Customers are (typically) older and therefore more established/have higher income.

Cons

Pay is not sustainable. The commission structure is very company friendly and not very salesperson friendly. With all metrics being met… you’re looking at roughly 55-60k a year. Not enough in today’s day and age. Sales are often very confusing and not easy to explain, OR are very simple. Pick one.
