Pros
Only good if you don't need the money. Nice job for someone who just wants to get out of the house but doesn't depend on a paycheck.
Cons
Long hours, horrible pay. Tiny commission rate paid now, and base pay for a manager or sale associate is a joke. Company does a miserable job of marketing and then wonders why business is so slow. Stores are overstaffed making it impossible to make money. They don't show most of their merchandise in the store and expect customers to place special orders for items they have never seen in person.
