Pros
Co-workers all seem genuinely driven to do the best job they can on projects and be the best teammates they can be. If anybody needs help on anything, there is usually no shortage of people willing to assist in any way they can. People are also active with many community/volunteer activities outside the office - Foodlink and the ACE Mentorship programs are only two examples where employees participate for the betterment of our community.
Cons
Service is paramount - and that is important - but it can mean long hours during the normal work week, and working from home on evening and weekends as part of the norm rather than on occasion. This is a rewarding place to work, but it can also be a challenging/stressful place to work - and not everyone has the personality/skillset to perform in this arena.
