Pros

Management genuinely cares about their employees. Lots of on the job training for new employees. Lots of opportunities to move up in your career. Very flexible hours and fair benefits. Awesome coworkers and plenty of office events and parties.

Cons

Extremely below market pay. Even with a bonus I can an barely afford to live on my compensation. No sick days, if you get sick you must use your two week vacation time. Computers are slow and need to be updated.

There is nothing good to say about this company

Cons

Badly managed, no projects and bad pay. They will not be paying out your vacation time when you quit and you are not eligible to take this time anymore. So you loose all of your time that you saved up
