Pros
The culture is great and I love my coworkers. This is a company of generally really nice people. The upper management takes a special interest in everyone. The CEO, Sergio, walks around the office regularly and says hi to each employee by name. The work is interesting and our geographic range is growing. There are also a lot of opportunities to get involved in the community through LaBella, whether with Habitat for Humanity, The United Way, Adopt-A-Highway, or countless other organizations. There are also numerous company-sponsored events that foster a close-knit workforce, including a very nice holiday party, a summer picnic, spring brunch, and ice cream socials throughout the summer. There's always something to look forward to!
Cons
The work, at times, can be mundane, but that's the nature of our location. There's also a LOT of work - so overtime is not uncommon. Benefits are very good and compensation is average. However, from what I've heard from other firms in Rochester, this is the case across the board.
