Pros
The owner of the company works on my floor, and commits every new employee's name to memory. Each morning he walks around the office greeting everyone. The culture and atmosphere at LaBella is phenomenal. Their philosophy is that when people like their job, they are more likely to perform well with clients and the company's reputation will grow. As a writer for an architecture/engineering firm, my experience is somewhat contained but I've heard similar praise from construction professionals. The workday is flexible, although this may vary by division. Overall, a very relaxed (yet focused) company in a beautiful and historic building.
