1. Lack of new learning opportunity if you have been working on fix things 2. Constant Management Change can take some time to adjust. 3. No transparency during project allocations as you can be allocated to any project without your knowledge. 4. Non Technical PMs focus more on process rather than actual work. 5. Non Technical Project managers don’t know single thing about the Labvantage Product so they won’t understand a single thing you will try to explain but Technical project managers are helpful. 6. Project handling could be better and things should be clear with client and development team. 7. Training by employee is meaning less on the same things again and again because there are already lots of training material rather than focus should be more on how to give demos to the client. 8. Bonus is good but Hikes have been reduced drastically this year and micro management has been increased drastically and these are the main reasons that people want to switch. 9. Employee should not keep the track of every single details about project allocations like how many days/hours they are allocated and how many days/hours they are filling in the timesheet or why they have spent more time or less time because it should be the work of managers and they should handle the allocations. 10. No single team outing even in a year.
