Pros
Ability to work remotely, began during Covid but we have not been forced back into the office
Cons
Lots of growing pains that continue to be put on the back burner so the company can focus on more acquisitions. Most departments are short-staffed, and we are still underpaid despite picking up the slack for the open positions.
