-There were and still are some incredible directors. -The immediate coworkers in my team were amazing. -Unlimited PTO
Cons
-unrealistic quotas. The company has been unable to budget accordingly since COVID. That in conjunction with supply chain disruptions made it difficult for anyone to consistently hit goal -When they finally did have reasonable quotas they then tied an unachievable number on Eclipse which no one in the company was even close to hitting -The culture became incredibly toxic. The company outright ignored several HR complaints regarding particular employees. And pretty much stopped caring about anyone outside of the Optilume division. -The company consciously made poor decisions that always negatively impacted employee morale and take home pay. Whether cutting territory coverage payments without speaking with reps, tying 25% of Uropathway quota to a product that is absolutely failing in the market, or just increasing prices in general to the point customers began leaving in droves.
