Not horrible, but not the best - Anonymous employee Lacks Enterprises Employee Review

Thank you for your time and your contributions during your employment at Lacks! In terms of vacation pay out, we have historically used a lump sum system that is paid out every summer. Many of our employees prefer this method, because they receive more money in consideration for their years of service at Lacks. However, we’ve recognized this is not the ideal method for everyone, and as a result, there will be an option to receive pay as you take vacation in 2017.
