Great place if you’re a while man with no interest in personal growth or a culture which encourages it.

Cons

Highly inappropriate conduct by executive management. Politically motivated rules distributed executive leadership. CEO and other execs use foul language around all employees. Unqualified executives as a result of sycophancy, fake loyalty, nepotism. Encourages dishonest customer communication. Racist, sexist, right-wing attitudes pollute the entire cultures

One can make a lot of money by working a ton of overtime however the per hour is about 20 years behind others.

Cons

They're have an adversarial relationship with employees. They have video servalance. They watch the playback trying to find people not following the letter of the rules.
