Pros

Decent working conditions. Get to listen to your radio. Have many pot-lucks and free food and freeze pops. 95% of your co-workers are very friendly even if you are new. Free water bottles and Ice maker. Clean environment and clean air. nice break room with large fridges and freezers.

Cons

Poor communication between management and mold-operators. Treated as you are just a number and not a name sometimes. High turn-over. No raises after first year. Little opportunity for advancement unless you are family member or go on to become a die setter or process tech. Horrible health care deductibles. Can be very stressful at times.

One can make a lot of money by working a ton of overtime however the per hour is about 20 years behind others.

Cons

They're have an adversarial relationship with employees. They have video servalance. They watch the playback trying to find people not following the letter of the rules.
