Pros

I had the privilege of meeting amazing people at Lacks. Easy work. Point system is very fair.

Cons

I always struggled with money working at lacks. They talk about how much the company is making but we never saw it in our pay checks. There is no communication from upper management to operators and the "family" business is rapidly dwindling away and being taken over by young snotty college kids. No room for advancement here unless you work there many many years.

One can make a lot of money by working a ton of overtime however the per hour is about 20 years behind others.

Cons

They're have an adversarial relationship with employees. They have video servalance. They watch the playback trying to find people not following the letter of the rules.
