Pros

The company is great and does a lot for their employees. The upper management is very friendly and get to know each of their employees. You do well as an employee, they will def show you their appreciation.

Cons

It's hard to get fired. May not sound like a con, but it is. For those slackers and people who don't appreciate how easy they have it are easily able to keep their job. Even though they are a waste of money to the company.

Pros

One can make a lot of money by working a ton of overtime however the per hour is about 20 years behind others.

Cons

They're have an adversarial relationship with employees. They have video servalance. They watch the playback trying to find people not following the letter of the rules.
