Pros

Good People who have their hear in the right place. Lot of loyalty within employees which makes it a family like environment.

Cons

Most of top management specially Finance, Marketing and HR is completely useless and is driven by bunch of ego centric individuals who enjoy favoritism. All the decisions are driven by French owner Lactalis who don't believe in local talent and consider them useless hence why large influx of expats and the reason why current ceo was let go. Departmental leads are utterly useless individuals who are self obsessed because of long tenure in organisation and are slave drivers. Salaries are below market.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I would like to address a few of your concerns here. As a global company we are proud to be able to offer all of our employees the opportunity to pursue international assignments. We are fortunate to be able to tap into the resources of global talent to support our business as we continue to grow. Our main priority is to always hire the best talent for the right role, whether that means promoting from within (nationally or internationally), or recruiting external talent. Furthermore, we review all employee salaries annually to account for market equity and raise them accordingly. We are confident that we offer fair and competitive compensation packages. Finally, we work hard to ensure a transparent and fair review process where both employees and managers have an active role. We encourage and welcome employees to voice any concerns regarding their manager or coworkers so that we can work together to find a suitable solution. Thanks again. Michel Lussier

Pros

Great conditions and pretty engaging workplace. Great compensation salary-wise. Good managerial staff. Great autonomy.

Cons

Working hours are the only thing that are not great but you are warned in advance. The rotating shifts can be a pain for out-of-work planing. We get our schedules 1 week in advance which isn't great for planning.

Pros

This company may work for those early in their careers, but it’s not sustainable long-term. There is an implicit expectation to work extended hours to keep up with demands, and a lot of your weekends often involve preparing for the week ahead due to constantly changing priorities. This pace leads to rapid burnout hence the reason it's not a viable option long-term. While peak workloads are common in most businesses, this company operates at that intensity year-round. While not always the case, leadership occasionally makes uncertain or delayed decisions often driven by fear or their limited experience which does contribute to the instability. Many who remain do so mainly for the competitive pay and benefits or their title rather than a sustainable work environment.

Cons

No work life balance Lacks real support for critical areas Unstable environment for long term career
