Amazing environment!! - RBT Lacuna Autism Services Employee Review

I absolutely love working at Lacuna Autism Services. As a BCBA candidate currently completing my master’s program while working as an RBT, this place has been incredibly supportive. My program is very intense since it’s only one year, but they’ve been so understanding and flexible with my schedule and classes. They’ve given me plenty of unrestricted hours and have really helped me stay on track with my fieldwork requirements. I also really appreciate how open they are to ideas. They truly listen and create an environment where you feel supported and valued. The clients here are amazing to work with, and one of the best parts is getting to see their growth through ABA. Watching them build communication, independence, and new skills over time is so rewarding, and you can really see the progress being made. The management team and BCBAs are also incredible. They are amazing with their clients and truly care about each child’s progress. They take the time to support both the clients and the staff, and they’re always willing to guide you and help you grow!!
