Pros

Lacuna is not only an amazing place to bring your kiddos but it is also an amazing place to work and learn more about ABA! I have been working here for the past 3 months and absolutely LOVE it! If you're looking to further your knowledge on ABA, especially if you're currently in a masters program for special education/ABA, this is the place for you! Here at Lacuna, there is always an opportunity to learn! There are BCBA's on site at all times, friendly staff and equal opportunities for everyone! Would definitely recommend!

Cons

There are no cons for the airport location.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re glad to hear you’ve experienced strong leadership and support during your time at Lacuna. We also recognize that BCBA roles can involve long days and a significant commitment to the children and families we serve. We’re continually looking for ways to support our clinicians while maintaining the high standard of care our clients deserve. We appreciate everything you do and are grateful to have you on the team!

Pros

Reasonable hourly rate for the position and the market.

Cons

Frequent unexpected changes to schedule. Reduced hourly rate due to client cancellation, hours worked that are not "billable," to insurance. Rate dropped to $15 and hour for such periods as nap time, client's being late, or client's canceling.
