The positive work environment allows me to thrive both personally and professionally. As a full-time employee balancing school to become a BCBA and being a mother, I appreciate the flexibility and encouragement I receive. It’s rare to find a workplace that understands and supports your goals while also fostering growth in the field of ABA. I’m grateful to be part of such a dedicated and compassionate team!

      Cons

      Like any ABA clinic, the job can be demanding, and managing caseloads or challenging behaviors can sometimes feel overwhelming. Additionally, balancing work and school requires strong time management, but the support from the team makes it manageable. More structured training or professional development opportunities could further enhance the experience.

      Pros

      Reasonable hourly rate for the position and the market.

      Cons

      Frequent unexpected changes to schedule. Reduced hourly rate due to client cancellation, hours worked that are not "billable," to insurance. Rate dropped to $15 and hour for such periods as nap time, client's being late, or client's canceling.
