Frequent schedule changes throughout the day, however this is not a true issue if you are flexible and willing to learn how to pair with the kids.

Reasonable hourly rate for the position and the market.

Cons

Frequent unexpected changes to schedule. Reduced hourly rate due to client cancellation, hours worked that are not "billable," to insurance. Rate dropped to $15 and hour for such periods as nap time, client's being late, or client's canceling.
