- Client-focused always trying to do what is in the best interest of the kids. - Supportive team and collaborative environment. - Leadership is open to feedback/dialogue in order to try to improve the working environment for everyone. - Ample growth opportunities to learn new skills.

Cons

- Still growing and changing. Staff are expected to communicate what does and doesn't work and help work through new solutions. - Staff can be asked to jump into other role/responsibilities "for the betterment of the company" which can sometimes lead to overwhelm or feeling undervalued.

Pros

Reasonable hourly rate for the position and the market.

Cons

Frequent unexpected changes to schedule. Reduced hourly rate due to client cancellation, hours worked that are not "billable," to insurance. Rate dropped to $15 and hour for such periods as nap time, client's being late, or client's canceling.
