      I’ve had a great experience at lacuna and with the whole team. BCBA’s are friendly and easy to work with. They’re always ready to help and provide excellent feedback. The leadership team is so incredibly helpful and flexible.

      Cons

      Personally, I’d love to work with more clients.

      Pros

      Reasonable hourly rate for the position and the market.

      Cons

      Frequent unexpected changes to schedule. Reduced hourly rate due to client cancellation, hours worked that are not "billable," to insurance. Rate dropped to $15 and hour for such periods as nap time, client's being late, or client's canceling.
