      - Decent Pay, Environment, & Client Routine. - Schedule can be flexed & changed even w/o PTO. - You get paid the hours if your client cancels spontaneously 2hrs before start. - BCBAS explain how to run the client’s targets so you won’t be confused.

      Cons

      - Hours are not fixed & can fluctuate.

      Pros

      Reasonable hourly rate for the position and the market.

      Cons

      Frequent unexpected changes to schedule. Reduced hourly rate due to client cancellation, hours worked that are not "billable," to insurance. Rate dropped to $15 and hour for such periods as nap time, client's being late, or client's canceling.
