      Lucuna does a great job working with their employees and when adjustments need to be made to scheduling and hours.

      It can be overwhelming with transitions but management will always step in when needed

      Pros

      Reasonable hourly rate for the position and the market.

      Cons

      Frequent unexpected changes to schedule. Reduced hourly rate due to client cancellation, hours worked that are not "billable," to insurance. Rate dropped to $15 and hour for such periods as nap time, client's being late, or client's canceling.
