      Pros

      I learned so much during my time working at Lacuna. I felt very supported by all of the BCBAs and they were always available when needed. This company really cares about the progress of the children, which is what matters the most to me!

      None really! I enjoyed my time there.

      Pros

      Reasonable hourly rate for the position and the market.

      Cons

      Frequent unexpected changes to schedule. Reduced hourly rate due to client cancellation, hours worked that are not "billable," to insurance. Rate dropped to $15 and hour for such periods as nap time, client's being late, or client's canceling.
