      Pros

      The work flexibility is amazing, and the ability to have a good work-life balance is amazing. The management is very supportive here and actively listens to concerns.

      Cons

      As a new BCBA, I feel the battle to gain the respect of staff. While I do believe that everyone deserves respect regardless of role and title, I have often not received the same respect I have given staff reciprocated. Nevertheless, growth and kindness begin with me, and I'm willing to work to gain the trust of all the staff here.

      Pros

      Reasonable hourly rate for the position and the market.

      Cons

      Frequent unexpected changes to schedule. Reduced hourly rate due to client cancellation, hours worked that are not "billable," to insurance. Rate dropped to $15 and hour for such periods as nap time, client's being late, or client's canceling.
